FABYKA RANGE HOOD INC.offers a (15) day, money back, satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Returns must be made within  (15 days of shipment to qualify under this policy.   return merchandise must be undamaged and in original condition with all components and packaging originally sent and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%. Credit will be issued only after inspection of all returns for conformity to this policy. Returned merchandise not in conformance will be held for 30 days and the customer notified by e-mail as to their options. In all cases, we do not accept the return for credit of any item returned more than  (15) days from shipment date.  Original shipping costs are not refundable. Returns sent postage due or freight collect will not be accepted.

You agree to pay for any and all purchases and services made using your name and credit card through this site, not to challenge any such charges, and to pay for all collections and/or attorneys fees resulting from any non-payment.

General Warranty Promise:

FABYKA RANGE HOOD INC. warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products that such products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase.

Who is Covered:

The FABYKA RANGE HOOD INC. warranty is extended to the original purchaser of products purchased for ordinary home use in the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska and customers in Canada.

One Year Service Repair Warranty:

For one year from the original date of purchase, FABYKA RANGE HOOD INC. will, at its option, replace or repair, free of charge, any failed parts or components due to manufacturing defects found under normal use and service.

Three Year Parts Warranty:

For three years from the original date of purchase, FABYKA RANGE HOOD INC. will provide, free of charge, non-consumable replacement parts which are found to be defective under normal use and service for all products .

What is Not Covered:

Service calls to correct the installation of your range hood, to instruct you how to use your range hood, to replace or repair house fuses or to repair house wiring.
Consumable parts, such as light bulbs and filters.
Service outside of covered service area.
Labor cost associated with the removal, shipping and reinstallation cost, or other contingent expenses.
Chips, dents or cracks due to misuse, abuse or improper installation.
Damage to products caused by accident, fire, act of God, war, strikes, lock-outs, flood, and failure by third parties to deliver goods.

The Warranty will be Void if:

Improper installation or failure to follow recommended installation instructions (i.e. cutting the power cord plug).
Product is damaged through negligence, misuse, abuse or accident.
Product is repaired or altered by anyone other than FABYKA RANGE HOOD INC.Authorized Agents.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state. For service under this Limited Warranty, please contact FABYKA RANGE HOOD INC. by E-mail. At the time of requesting warranty service, you must present evidence of the original purchase date (such as a receipt.) 

Typographic, Photographic  Technical Errors or price Errors:

FABYKA RNGE HOOD Inc. will not responsible for any typographical, photographic  technical or price errors. Photograph is for display purpose only and may not represent actual products. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipments.

Customer Responsibility:

A responsible adult 18 years or older must be present during delivery

Put all house pets in a separate area from the delivery path

If merchandise is to be left on the porch, garage or outside, a responsible neighbor or representative must accompany the Delivery Team and sign for delivery.
